What Is Simultaneous Interpretation?
Simultaneous interpretation allows delegates to hear a speaker’s words translated into their language in real time — typically with only a 2–3 second delay. Interpreters work in soundproofed booths, listening to the original speech through headsets and speaking the translation continuously. Delegates select their language channel on a personal receiver and listen through an earpiece.

Interpreter Booths
We supply ISO 4043-compliant portable interpretation booths — fully soundproofed, with interpreter consoles, microphones, and incoming audio. Booths are available in single and double-interpreter configurations and can be installed in any ballroom, conference hall, or outdoor tent.
Delegate Receiver Systems
Every delegate receives a wireless receiver unit and earpiece. Our infrared (IR) and radio-frequency (RF) delegate systems from Bosch, Taiden, and Televic support up to 32 simultaneous language channels. IR systems are preferred for high-security events as the signal cannot penetrate walls.
Digital Discussion Systems
For round-table conferences and intergovernmental meetings, we supply Bosch DICENTIS and Taiden digital discussion systems — providing individual delegate microphone units with request-to-speak, chairman priority, voting, and integration with the interpretation matrix.

Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI)
For hybrid events, remote interpreters can work from anywhere in the world via RSI platforms (Interprefy, Kudo, KUDO). We integrate RSI platforms with your in-room AV — feeding the RSI interpreter a clean audio channel from the venue and distributing their output to both in-room receivers and online participants.
